1. Account
You must be 18+ to use GrowMe Locally. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to: violate Google's Business Profile policies, spam reviews, create fake business listings, or push deceptive content. Violations result in immediate account termination.
3. Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are at our discretion within the first 7 days of a new subscription.
4. Limitation of liability
Service is provided 'as is.' We're not liable for Google policy changes, ranking fluctuations, or third-party API outages. Total liability is limited to 12 months of fees paid.
5. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to all active accounts at least 30 days in advance.
