1. No refunds
GrowMe Locally is a digital product (software-as-a-service) that is delivered and fully accessible the moment your payment is processed. Because the service is digital and consumed as soon as your account and subscription are activated, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees, renewals, one-time purchases, or unused time on a plan.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page to stop all future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current or any past billing period.
3. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a technical fault on our side — email support@growmelocally.com within 7 days and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing mistake.
